Mixed-level by design, with hands-on options and modifications offered every class. New to yoga? Start with Beginners' Hatha — no experience, no special kit.

Breath-led movement that builds gentle heat and steadies the mind. Our most popular class.

Yin & RestoreAll levels

Long, quiet holds and supported shapes for deep release. The perfect end to a Galway week.

Foundations taken slowly — posture, breath and a few friendly faces. Six-week courses run termly.

Gentle, considered practice for every stage, taught by our pre- and postnatal specialist.

Our teachers

A small team of four. We keep classes intimate so there's always a hand to guide you.

Aoife Ní Mhór Founder · Vinyasa & breathwork Opened the studio in 2019 after years teaching by the sea. Loves a strong sunrise flow.
Cara Doyle Yin & restorative Quiet, precise and endlessly patient. Her candlelit Yin is a Sunday institution.
Liam Berry Hatha & alignment Our beginners' favourite — clear cues, no jargon, and time to ask questions.
Méabh Kelly Pre- & postnatal Specialist in practice through pregnancy and beyond. Gentle, knowledgeable, reassuring.

Two nights of slow mornings, long walks and twice-daily practice in a stone farmhouse outside Clifden. Home-cooked food, sea air, and nowhere to be. Small groups — twelve places only.
